一、最低畢業學分數128學分，系必修54學分，系專業選修39學分，其他學分3學分，校定必修「中文」4學分、「英語會話與閱讀」4學分，「服務學習培養A、B」0學分，「體育（一）（二）（三）（四）」0學分，通識選修24學分。

Minimal requirements for master degree: 128 credits for 54 compulsory course credits and 39 elective course credits; 3 Other credits , the school requires 4 credits of " Chinese Literature ", 4 credits of "English Conversation and Reading", 0 credits of " Learning by Service A and B", 0 credits of "Physical Education (1) (2) (3) (4)", general education 24 credits of electives.

二、本校日間學制大學部畢業前應通過之基本能力檢核：

（一）英文能力畢業資格檢定（依本校「英文能力畢業資格檢定實施辦法」）。

（二）資訊能力畢業資格檢定（依本校「資訊基本能力畢業資格檢定實施辦法」）。

The basic competency test that should be passed before graduating from the day-time undergraduate program :

       1.English Proficiency Graduation Qualification Test (according to the school's "English Proficiency Graduation Qualification              Test Implementation Measures").

        2.Information Competence Graduation Qualification Test (according to our school's "Implementation Measures for the Basic                Information Competence Graduation Qualification Test")

三、依本校「專業應用型法律課程開設、學分採認及畢業條件辦法」規定，本系承認專業應用型法律課程為：

專利法(2學分)、智慧財產權法(2學分)、科技法學素養A(2學分)、科技法學素養B(2學分)、其他院（系）之專業應用法律素養課程(2學分)，上述課程必須擇一修習且成績及格。

According to the regulations of the school’s “Regulations on the Offering, Credit Recognition and Graduation Requirements of Professional Applied Law Courses”, this department recognizes professional applied law courses as:

Patent Law (2 credits), Intellectual Property Law (2 credits), Law for Science and Technology A (2 credits), Law for Science and Technology B (2 credits), professional applied legal literacy courses from other departments (2 credits), the above One course must be taken and passed with a passing grade.

四、本學系最低畢業學分數不含專業應用型法律課程之學分。

        The minimum number of credits for graduation in this department does not include credits from professional applied law courses.

五、國外或港澳學校畢業相當於國內高級中等學校二年級生，以同等學力資格入學就讀本校日間學制大學部者（中五學制學生）修讀學士學位最低畢業學分數為一般生最低畢業學分數加12學分。

        For those who have graduated from foreign or Hong Kong and Macao schools and are equivalent to sophomores in domestic senior secondary schools, and who are admitted to our day school university with equivalent academic qualifications (students in the fifth school system), the minimum number of graduation credits for a bachelor's degree is the minimum number of graduation credits for ordinary students plus 12 credits.
